All digital downloads are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, or canceled once delivered.

Physical Products (Binders, etc.)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on physical items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement.
